Step 1

EXPLORE

Our initial conversation is to get a sense of your needs. We'll discuss what kind of operation you are running, what you are serving, your location(s), what your goals are, if you require mobility, and anything else that may be relevant to discuss. This can be done over email or a scheduled call with a Sales Representative. 

If you are already clear on what you want, this step will be quick. Rover purchases may move quickly to step 3.

Step 2

DEFINE

Equipped with the information from our initial conversation, we'll dig a little deeper and get more technical and specific. We'll cover details like usable space, available power & plumbing, installation needs, and trade some documents back and forth. Our Sales and Engineering Team will collaborate to define the specific requirements and ability to fit your needs and your space. In this step, we offer our design input if desired. 

Since Capsule is an engineered product, this step cuts out the need for a dedicated architect, plumber, electrician, cabinet maker, and barista to design the perfect coffee bar layout. We provide this service free of charge as part of our sales process.

Step 3

SOLUTION

We then get to work preparing all the information you'll need to make a decision. Our 3D renderings provide clear examples for how the unit will look and come together. Pricing, technical documents, and financing options will also be provided to give clarity to all decision makers.

Step 4

PRODUCTION

Once the order is approved and payment is complete--or financing is sorted out--we begin construction on your bar. We are available for any follow up questions as you prepare your space for the bar istallation.

Typical timeframe for production is 6-8 weeks.

Step 5

DELIVERY

When production is completed, we crate it up and ship it to you via freight. This is something we can work with you on if you have your own freight or delivery service you'd like to use. If we've coordinated with you on installation of your unit, we will schedule this with you to support your opening date target as best as possible.

We're here for any follow up questions or issues and we are available for Service through the life of your unit.
