  • Job Title: Architectural Designer with Healthcare Experience

    Job Overview:

    Capsule Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with Healthcare experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and experience working in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare construction. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for leading the design and development of healthcare facilities using our prefab factory-built construction components, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the design and development of healthcare facilities using our various prefab factory-built components, from concept through to construction.

    Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements.

    Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

    Collaborate with other members of the design team, including engineers and project managers, to ensure that designs are functional, cost-effective, and meet project timelines.

    Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in healthcare design and construction, and incorporate these into our designs and processes.

    Review and provide feedback on construction documentation, including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documents.

    Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet our high standards

    Contribute to the development of our design standards and guidelines for healthcare and other industry projects

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

    At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on healthcare facilities

    3-5+ years OSHPD experience.

    Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to healthcare construction.

    Experience working with prefab construction technology and materials.

    Proficiency in Revit, Autocad, and other relevant design software.

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.

  • Job Title: BIM Coordinator with Healthcare Experience

    Job Overview:

    Capsule Manufacturing is seeking an experienced BIM coordinator with Healthcare experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and experience working in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare construction. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process for our healthcare projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and manage the BIM process for healthcare projects, including creating and updating 3D models, preparing drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.

    Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure all project requirements are met, and BIM models accurately represent the design intent.

    Develop, manage, and maintain project-specific BIM standards, protocols, and procedures.

    Review and evaluate the BIM models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

    Ensure that all project stakeholders have access to the latest BIM information and that all changes are communicated effectively.

    Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

    Assist in the development and implementation of BIM training programs for staff and project partners.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, software, and workflows.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, specifically in healthcare projects.

    3-5 years of Revit & AutoCAD experience.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Familiarity with prefab construction manufacturing processes is a plus.

  • Job Title: BIM Modeler

    Job Overview:

    Capsule Manufacturing is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and construction drawings for our varying factory-built construction components using Revit. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure that all project requirements are met and delivered on time.

    Responsibilities:

    Create detailed 3D models and construction drawings for using Revit

    Ensure that BIM models and drawings are accurate, complete, and meet project requirements.

    Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to incorporate changes and updates into BIM models and drawings.

    Manage and organize BIM data and ensure that all project stakeholders have access to the latest BIM information.

    Review and evaluate BIM models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

    Qualifications:

    1-2 years of Revit experience.

    Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.

    OSHPD experience is preferred but not required.

    Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Familiarity with prefab construction manufacturing processes is a plus.
