  • Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Overview:

    As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a variety of market sectors. The ideal candidate is an eloquent communicator and can adapt to different personalities and various job site conditions. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets while working in collaboration with the assigned project team to ensure quality and timely completion of the project.     Key Responsibilities:

    Manage multiple projects from hand off through development to closure, including costs, schedules, document controls, QA, safety and closeout

    Monitor, track and communicate quality assurance

    Job Overview: Capsule is hiring for a Production Technician position that reports into the Production Manager. The Production Technician’s primary responsibilities are to assemble customer orders on our manufacturing floor. This position involves working in a dynamic workplace, supporting multiple projects at once to meet customer deadlines. This function will require a core focus on excellent communication, good work ethic and a positive attitude to ship orders on time. This is an onsite position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    May involve the following areas of assembly:

    Framing, wall board, insulation and panels.

    Aluminum powder coat and stainless steel food service assemblies.

    Food service and commercial/residential appliance installation.

    Machine operating including press brake, water jet/laser, stud forming machine.

    Hand tool use for assembling metal stud, trim, interior and exterior finishes and cabinetry.

    Assist with inventory, receiving and shipping including palletizing, stacking, wrapping and moving material around the facility.

    Perform quality control checks on parts and materials entering or leaving the manufacturing facility.

    Regular work space cleaning and organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Create 3D models and complete production assemblies in Solidworks in accordance with company, client and industry standards

    Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure designs meet all technical and manufacturing and contractual requirements.

    Work with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are produced accurately and efficiently.

    Evaluate design feasibility and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.

    Manage project timelines and communicate progress to management and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or a related field preferred but not required.

    3+ years of experience with Solidworks design; emphasis in sheet metal.

    Solidworks PDM Experience
